  • Our core offering. A full preparation process starting with the initial walk through and ending with your listing on the MLS.

  • We offer any level of marketing you’d like. Basic marketing packages include a property description and statement. For full property marketing or a branding package, we partner with Agent Upgrade.

  • Our process includes partnering with your stager of choice or we offer packages with designers experienced in achieving the highest possible ROI.

  • With 20+ years of experience, our transaction coordinator makes documentation easy. This includes communicating with all parties, delivering your disclosure package, and giving you the comfort that the details are taken care of.

Our story

Our founder, Sharon Clark, has been in real estate operations since 2010, her last role being Director of Operations for a Top-5 real estate team in San Francisco. Over the years she has built systems that ensure that every detail is accounted for and nothing falls through the cracks. Her experience runs deep; she has seen and dealt with it all.
